On-Site Safes – Secure safes are available in certain bedrooms for storing personal valuables such as passports, jewellery, and electronics. Guest-Only Access – Only registered guests and approved staff are permitted on the property. We do not allow outside visitors or events to maintain a private and controlled environment. 🌪 Hurricane & Storm Preparedness Structural Integrity – The villa is built to high construction standards with reinforced concrete and storm-resistant materials suitable for the Caribbean climate. Back-Up Power & Water Supply – In the unlikely event of power or water interruption, the villa is equipped with a back-up generator, UPS and water storage to ensure minimal disruption and maximum comfort. Hurricane Shutters – In the unfortunate event a tropical storm or hurricane hits during your visit, you can be assured that we will advise of the necessary steps including activating the hurricane shutters, to ensure your utmost safety.
